This notification is to inform you that a Public Hearing will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, October 20th at City Hall, 619 S. Main, before the Pratt City Planning Commission, to address a request for a variance for lots 3, 4 and 6, block 4, Sandy Creek Addition. Lots are located on the west side of Peltiers Way.
The City of Pratt is seeking a variance to change the front yard requirement from 30 feet from the front lot line to 25 feet from the front lot line and the rear yard from 30 feet or 20% lot depth to 20 feet.
