This notification is to inform you that on August 18, 2022, a hearing will be held by the Pratt City Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals to consider the application for conditional use of a lot consisting of 5.02 acres of land, located on NE SR 61, southwest of the Pratt Well property. The property owner will be selling the property to a company that will be operating a ready-mix plant. Ready-Mix plants are a conditional use in I-2, Heavy Industrial District.
The hearing will be at 7:00 pm at City Hall, 619 S. Main, in the Commission Chambers.
